
The finals of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 are fast approaching. Less than 14 months from the start of the competition, the FIFA Referees Committee has decided to call on eight referees from the African continent. The latter were called for a preparation course in order to better prepare for the competition. They are Mustapha Ghorbal (Algeria), Redouane Jiyed (Morocco), Bakary Gassama (Gambia), Bamlak Tessema (Ethiopia), Victor Gomez (South Africa), Janny Sikazwe (Zambia), Maguette Ndiaye (Senegal), Jean -Jacques Ndala (DR Congo).
