EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell says the EU has given €35bn to Vladimir Putin in energy payments since the start of the war, compared to €1bn given to Ukraine in arms and weapons.
It's disappointing that some countries were willing to have things more difficult and others were not. Too many of the measures cause suffering on the average Russian who has no say while filling the official and unofficial coffers.
I don’t understand the logic of yours. So average Ukrainian has to sacrifice life and be killed so that average Russian would continue to live a comfortable life? Or should others but not Russian citizens themselves try to practice democracy or fight the corruption?
